The diagrammed system above (Click to enlarge) consists of a
3-stage washer(2),
curing oven (3), and
powder coat booth (4). A conveyor moves the parts from the
Loading Zone (1), to the washer. From there the parts are dried in the oven (3), before moving to the powder coat booth (4), where parts are coated. Then, they are cured in the oven and then moved offload area (1).
The conveyor is electrically driven by (5), the drive unit and oiled by (6), an automatic lubricator with reservoir.
